Obligatory

When I first started this I meant to give an idea of what I was doing and where I was. That seemed quite obvious.
Time passed by, evolved and so did I. Maybe a small scale manual might be appropriate when looking at some of the images now.

I can't be bothered of posting the obligatory images that come with fascinating destinations. Why would I, as an example, paste the pyramids on this web page if I should be passing them in Egypt? Most of you know how they look like. They won't look different if I took a picture of them.
I'd never would have posted the dunes in Erg Ghebbi if it wasn't for the dramatic clouds and the flooded plains in front of them.
When I photographed the Motobecane everybody was glancing, camera in action, at the opposite direction at a sunset that was far by perfect. Instead I noticed this old battered Motobecane. I talked to the the owner who looked fantastic in his djellaba and long gray beard. Complemented him on the fact that his bike was in mint condition. I could see that he was pleased to hear my appreciation. Even though on that moment my driver was laughing at me because I was paying attention to an old piece of metal like that.

That is the reason it's been posted along with other excerpts that passed my eye.
To see the famous and beautiful Bab Bou Jeloud at Fès you can try your favourite search engine or go and visit Disney Land, they seem to have a copy build there. This said, I even had a hard time posting those other images of Fès just because they're so obvious and transparent to my mind.

Therefore I'd like to avoid the clear-cut as far this is possible for me. As long it is in my reach to give you a glimpse about where I am and how I think about thinks you'll be treated now and then by the page you're looking at right now.
This with images the way I see and feel them where I've put my hat down. On occasion completed with a brief comment.
